You must be at least 18 years of age to use A Text From My Dog. By using this service, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If we discover that a user is under 18, we reserve the right to terminate their account immediately and issue a refund for any unused portion of their subscription.3. Gift Purchases, Continuation Plans, and Payment3.1 Gift purchasesA Text From My Dog is sold as a prepaid gift. The gift giver purchases a set term of service in advance and pays one time. Gift purchases are not subscriptions, do not auto-renew, and will never result in a recurring charge to the gift giver.After purchase, the gift giver receives a link to give to the recipient. Service does not begin until the recipient activates that link, and the gift term is measured from the date of activation.3.2 Continuation plans (recipient only)When a gift term ends, the recipient may choose to continue the service on their own. To continue, the recipient selects a plan length and enters their own payment information.Continuation plans are recurring and auto-renewing. By selecting a continuation plan, the recipient authorizes The Dashing Peach, LLC to charge their payment method automatically at the end of each term, at the then-current rate for that plan length, until they cancel. Current plan lengths and rates are shown at the time of purchase.Continuation is entirely the recipient's decision. No continuation plan starts automatically, and the recipient is never charged unless they affirmatively select one and provide their own payment method. The gift giver's payment method is never used or stored for continuation.3.3 Payment processingAll payments, for both gifts and continuation plans, are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.3.4 CancellationA recipient on a continuation plan may cancel at any time by texting CANCEL to (364) 900-2703 or (364) 222-3394. Cancellation stops all future recurring charges. Access continues through the end of the term already paid for.Gift purchases have nothing to cancel, as they do not renew. The second number (364) 222-3394 is used exclusively for add-on second dog accounts purchased by existing subscribers. All opt-out and messaging terms apply equally to both numbers — reply STOP to either number to unsubscribe from that account.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to (364) 900-2703 and (364) 222-3394. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages from us.8. Intellectual Property
